Properties: This product extends the life of formwork and molds with regular use. It facilitates the demoulding of concrete products. It reduces the adhesion of concrete, mortar, and adhesive.
Effective in the maintenance of formwork and molds made of steel, PVC, and wood. It protects concrete mixers, production machines, and scaffolding from excessive dirt. It does not leave discoloration or impair surface adhesion, nor does it negatively affect subsequent surface treatment such as plastering, gypsum plastering, painting, or gluing. This ready-to-use, anti-adhesive, oil-based product.
Application: This product is intended for the maintenance and lubrication of forms and all types of formwork, including steel, plastic, and wood. It allows for easy demoulding of concrete products. The contact surface remains smooth, while the edges are sharp. It protects concrete mixers, production machines, and scaffolding from excessive dirt. It reduces concrete adhesion to formwork and concrete forms.
Application
Stir lightly before use. Apply the product by spraying, brushing, or roller, thoroughly covering the entire surface in contact with concrete with a thin, even layer. Product consumption is 1 liter per 20-40 m² of steel formwork, while for wooden formwork, consumption may be slightly higher, depending on the wear and condition of the formwork. Product consumption depends on the layer thickness, application method, absorbency and type of substrate, and degree of wear. Before use, test the product in an inconspicuous area.
