Product properties
BOSMAN IMPREGNAT FOR PAVERS is a professional, highly specialized product intended for protecting paving stones, giving the surface a "wet stone" effect. The preparation significantly reduces water absorption as well as the penetration of dirt into the concrete surface. The impregnation for paving stones not only protects against moisture penetration into the ground, but also limits the development of lichens and algae. Effectively protects against weather conditions. The product is completely safe for surfaces and the environment. It is important that the preparation does not contain solvents.
Application: Impregnation of paving stones, paving tiles, curbs, foundations, concrete fences, all types of natural and colored concrete products as well as other prefabricated and monolithic concrete surfaces.
Application
The product comes in ready-to-use form. Before use, mix the product by shaking the package vigorously several times. Before using the product, prepare the surface, i.e. the substrate should be dry, degreased, free of any dirt, efflorescence, discoloration, oil stains, moss, lichen, etc. (it is best to wash dirty surfaces with a special Bosman Paving Stone Cleaning Preparation before applying the Impregnation agent). The impregnation can be applied with a roller, brush or by spraying (do not create puddles). Apply the product evenly, making sure that the entire surface is thoroughly saturated with the preparation. To ensure full impregnation, it is recommended to apply two layers at short intervals using the "wet on wet" method, protecting against rinsing until dry.
Efficiency: Impregnation consumption for one layer is 1 L for approximately 4 m to 12 m. Please remember that consumption depends on the porosity and absorbency of the impregnated substrate. Shelf life: 24 months from the production date. Production date, capacity, batch number on the packaging.
Use running water to wash tools. Due to the variety of materials used, always test the effectiveness of the preparation in an inconspicuous place on the working surface before use. When working, protect the surfaces from dirt. If the surface becomes contaminated, rinse it with plenty of water. Do not use on less absorbent surfaces, e.g. marble. The preparation may limit the adhesion of any subsequent water-based paints or other decorative products. New surfaces should mature for at least two months before using the product. Note: plants located near the impregnated surface should be protected.
