Product properties
'Bosman' - Impregnant for building and structural timber - is a wood preserving agent (1st & 2nd class of protection against biological corrosion) for indoor use; it protects rafter framing, wooden structures, etc. against household fungi and mildew.
Application
Due to the formation of sediment at the bottom of the package, mix the agent thoroughly before use, and then rinse the package with water (used to dilute the concentrate).
In the case of protection against domestic fungi, impregnation can be performed using surface methods such as:
- lubrication with a 1: 6 solution
- bathing in a 1: 6 solution of the agent - then the amount of absorbed solution should be at least 200 g / m
- bathing in a 1: 9 solution of the agent - retention of the agent (absorption) at least 250 g / m
In the case of protection against mold fungi: the wood should be impregnated with the bathing method, using a 1: 6 solution so that the amount of the absorbed solution is at least 500 g / m2. When applying the agent indoors, ventilate the room during and after work until the odor disappears (at least 48 hours)
