Multi-purpose liquid roofing felt designed for renovating vertical surfaces such as walls, basements of external building walls, roofs, planking, garden architecture elements: gazebos, toolboxes and boxes, shelters, etc. It has excellent adhesion to various surfaces, including: concrete, plaster, roofing felt, trapezoidal sheet metal, asbestos cement, metal roofing tiles, cement and ceramic roofing tiles, bituminous coatings, wood, galvanized sheet metal, lawns. Liquid roofing felt has very good covering properties, high flexibility and after drying creates a coating resistant to water and UV.
Application
Substrate: Before use, the product should be mixed well, do not dilute. The substrate intended for painting should be seasoned, dry, clean, strong, stable, leveled, dust-free, degreased. Failure to do so will result in reduced adhesion of the coating to the substrate. Absorbent substrates should be primed with a deep-penetrating preparation, e.g. BOSMAN. Apply liquid roofing felt with a brush, roller or spray method (nozzle Ø min. 3 mm, recommended pressure 5 bar). Apply at least 2 layers. Apply subsequent layers after the previous layer has dried. For a coating that is to have sealing properties, the final thickness should be at least 1 mm. The drying time of each layer is on average 2 - 3 hours at 20 ° C (dust-free). Full hardening of the finished coating: 12h - 24h (depending on external conditions). Lower temperature and increased air humidity extend the drying time. The work should be carried out at an air and substrate temperature of +10°C to +25°C. The freshly applied layer should be protected from weather conditions (sun, wind, precipitation, fog) and moisture until fully hardened. The durability of the coating is influenced by the durability of the substrate itself, proper surface preparation and correct application of the liquid roofing felt. The product is dedicated to vertical surfaces, not suitable for surfaces in use. It is recommended to wash tools with water. Consumption: For one layer 0.4 - 0.8 kg per 1 m². Consumption depends to a large extent on the quality of the substrate, the method of application and the system solution.
Store and transport in a dry and shaded place in original, tightly closed containers, at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C.
Use the preparation within 12 months from the production date indicated on the packaging.
