Application
Surfaces must be dry and free of dust, loose particles, and old sealant. For wider joints, use a reinforcing rod to ensure proper thickness and shape of the sealant joint and avoid three-sided adhesion. If necessary, protect the adjacent joint surfaces with masking tape to prevent contamination. Cut off the tube outlet above the threads. Screw in a nozzle cut diagonally to the width of the gap to be filled. Insert the tube into the dispenser gun. Apply the sealant to the joint by repeatedly and evenly pressing the gun trigger and moving the nozzle smoothly along the joint. After application, smooth the surface with a suitable tool and remove excess material. Remove the masking tape immediately after application.
