BOSMAN Thermal Insulation. Insulation foam is a sprayable, ready-to-use, one-component, self-expanding polyurethane thermal insulation foam with a special spray applicator for the gun nozzle. Highly efficient thermal and acoustic insulation, flexible, waterproof. Seals all hard-to-reach places - allows you to easily cover both horizontal and vertical surfaces. It is also ideal for insulating uneven or curved surfaces, i.e. wherever traditional insulation methods would be difficult to use. Helps eliminate thermal bridges and prevents condensation. Application: Suitable for use on all types of surfaces to provide thermal and acoustic insulation. Application
How to use: Place the applicator on the gun nozzle. Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times. Attach the gun can. Holding the gun handle with one hand, screw the can onto the gun with the other hand. Before screwing on the can, make sure the gun is not pointed at people. Do not screw it in upside down
can or rotate the gun on the can. Place the applicator in the required position (depending on vertical or horizontal spray pattern). Unscrew the adjuster on the gun to the maximum position. Foam output is controlled by pressing the gun trigger. Spray the foam from a distance of approximately 40 cm from the surface. The distance is selected depending on the width of the sprayed surface - the narrower the area, the smaller the distance and vice versa. Please note that sprayed foam doubles in size. Do not spray layers thicker than 2.5 cm on the surface at one time. If additional coats are needed, wait approximately 30 minutes before applying the next coat.
