Product properties
Od A do Z FLEX EASY construction adhesive is a highly efficient and quick drying pu adhesive for outdoor and indoor application. It is intended for fixing window sills and steps, building partition walls, partitions, and aerated concrete screens, thermal insulation of sheds, halls, garages, and container gates, bonding plasterboards and fibre and cement boards using drywall technology, bonding wood-derivative decorative boards, polistyrene insulation boards and panels, phenolic foams (pur, pir, xps, eps, pf), mineral wool, and cork to brick, concrete, stone, wood, and metals (e.g. During thermal and acoustic insulation of garages, containers, etc.). It is characterised by very good adhesion to most building materials (also wet ones). Provides perfect thermal and acoustic insulation. Forms a low pressure sealing foam that can also be used for levelling uneven substrate. Can be painted and does not drip from vertical surfaces.
Application
Before use, keep the container with glue for at least 12 hours at room temperature. Use at an ambient temperature of min. + 5 ° C. Before application, shake the canister about 20 times, then remove the cap from the valve and screw the gun on it. When working, keep the container upside down and shake the can regularly for better mixing of the components. Before application, moisten (spray) the surfaces with water. The surfaces must be clean, free from dust, grease and dust. Protect the adjacent surfaces against accidental contamination with an adhesive tape, foil or paper. Inconsistent, old paint coats, plasters or mortars must be removed, highly absorbent and porous substrates should be primed with an appropriate priming emulsion. Whenever in doubt, carry out your own application trials. If the substrate under the first layer is uneven, it should be leveled using cement mortar. NOTE: Dusty substrate has anti-adhesive properties and makes it impossible to obtain a permanent and strong bond. The temperature of the glue can should be above + 5 ° C. Apply the glue in strips of approx. 3 cm in diameter around the perimeter of the panels and boards and with a zigzag through their center. Wait approx. 5 minutes and then press the board (panel) to the wall. Depending on the weight of the panels, boards (and external conditions), hold them for approx. 1 minute, pressing the glued object to the substrate. When bonding aerated concrete blocks, apply one strip with a diameter of approx. 2-3 cm for every 10 cm of width of the block. Place the first one 5 cm from the edge. Place the block within max. 3 minutes from applying the glue and knock it down horizontally and vertically with a rubber mallet. Once placed, the block should not be moved or torn off. In case of emergency, remove the adhesive layer and apply a new strip. Further processing of the joint (i.e. cutting allowances, painting, grinding) is possible after 60 minutes. Plastering can be carried out not earlier than after 24 hours. Fresh glue residue from the surface and the can can be removed with a polyurethane cleaner - FOAM CLEANER
As of August 24, 2023, appropriate training is required before industrial or professional use.
