Trwale plastyczno-elastyczny, do suchych i mokrych podłoży, po całkowitym utwardzeniu malowalny (nie powoduje korozji metali). Bardzo dobra przyczepność do wielu materiałów, jak: szkło, glazura, ceramika, drewno, kamień, beton, stal, aluminium, ołów, cynk, itp. Nie zawiera silikonu. Do zastosowań na zewnątrz i wewnątrz budynków w każdych warunkach klimatycznych. Wysoce odporny na działanie UV .
