In order to comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR"), we would like to inform you about the principles of processing your personal data and your rights in this regard.

Poniższe zasady stosuje się począwszy od 25 maja 2018 roku:

2. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of purchase and sale transactions. If necessary, the data may be shared with legal advisors, debt collection agencies, and freight forwarding companies cooperating with the aforementioned company.

3. Your personal data will be stored until the end of cooperation, but no longer than two years from the last purchase and sale transaction.

4. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time.

5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with GIODO if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
